Sitter never showed, said confirmed booking, said book again, but could never see where I was charged or if the sitter ever got the confirmation. Multiple fall outs and unclear if the sitter ever even saw the confirmation. I've had zero luck using this app.. need to look elsewhere for a reliable service provider.

There were many qualified candidates. I sent the job description to individuals of my choosing and received several replies immediately. Not long after that, I was able to hire an exemplary individual.

I like the help center the chat because I can talk to somebody pretty much any time of the day or night. It's very helpful. And the communication is good and specially when the care.com agent says be sure to get back to us when you have anything else to talk about concerning this problem

Wasn't able to find anyone off the website. I canceled and am still being charged months later. Just going to cancel the credit card at this point. Such a hassle. Save your time. Give them a gift card if you want to use them. **Reply to Response** Did you even read my review. It's about the money that's was being charged months after cancelling. I've tried to"cancel" several times and still being charged. Just reported it as fraud to my bank because I can't ever get anyone from care.com to get back to me from the website.

I received a renewal charge and was surprised because I thought I had payed for a month only premium and to my surprise after reading their terms on condition which you won’t be informed upon payment that it is automatically renewed every month even if you use Apple Pay. It’s disgusting that they still steal your details and process it for renewal every month through Apple Pay without your CONSENT! found out through the website and a chat conversation that I could not cancel the service and receive a refund of 25 pounds. A renewal notice email would have been appreciated before taking my MONEY!! The service desk chat was horrible! PS: they are just after your money as I read on their website that they do not do any identity or findings on the carers who post on their site which could be dangerous if you are using their nanny or childminder service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company is a scam please do not use them. I did not sign up for the premium service and in their terms and conditions they decided that whenever they feel like it they can start charging me for this. All of a sudden, I got £45 charges for three months in a row which American Express are not willing to refund me because they said subscription services are not covered by the dispute process. I challenged them about distant selling and the right to change your mind even though I didn’t even sign up for the services or even access the care.com website. What’s even worse is that I have said to them to close my account and take my credit card details off their rrcords and they said they would but now refuse to do that. Basically whenever they feel like it they can charge you. This company is a complete scam. Do not use them under any circumstances at all. The staff are also very patronising and rude …. and know that there is nothing authorities are doing to help individuals like us. Please do not give them them any of your details and if you have a current account with them cancel it and make sure you take a copy of your cancellation request and also make sure you state that you do not want to, continue any further services. Even if you try to close your account, they make you upgrade to then downgrade and you still can’t close your account. They make it impossible.
