Platform and access to customer service is horrible. No urgency from Care.com and doesn’t seem to care that.someone’s business, ability to make money is in.their hands. Really, really disappointed.

Wat een oplicht site. In de 3 maanden dat ik lid was van Care.com, waaronder premium lid, heb ik geen enkel bericht gehad. Er staan berichten op ouders die ‘dringend’ een oppas of nanny zoeken maar nooit reageren. Vervolgens loopt de abonnement door zonder toestemming of dergelijke. Een automatische incasso dus! Ga hier niet aan beginnen! Ik ga het opzeggen. Een tip voor Care.com : Graag degene die een oppas/ nanny zoeken, de tijd geven om binnen twee weken te reageren aangezien mensen ervoor betalen. Maar ik dus niet meer.

All the listing / adds looking for caregivers are expired. CARE.COM should remove those already expired adds from the site. what a waste of time and the 25$ monthly premium charge.
