SCAM!!!! Avoid using this business. They take your $$ but don’t come through with their promise of more opportunities. I paid a subscription to get more correspondence when applying for childcare jobs. I’ve paid and applied for literally dozens of jobs without one single response. Something doesn’t add up with this company. I would like my $ back as I’m far from satisfied - However, this appears to be an absolute mission in itself. Can’t connect with a real person for customer services. Load of sh*t!

This is a very fraudulent unethical and scam of a company there's not one positive thing I can say about them or one positive experience I've had and then to top it off they sell your information your phone number I went to sign up to look for someone I canceled it after reading reviews and seeing the prices and understanding that they play games like gaslight you on pricing so I canceled that never gave them or officially signed up or paid for anything in the last 5 days since I've canceled it they've called me 17 times from different numbers cuz every time they call I block the number and they keep calling me to the point of harassment never ever use this company

I don't know I tried to sign up and look for jobs they make it very difficult!! They have my CC and I have to ability to get in 🤷🏼‍♀️ I've used Care in the past and found some great Nanny jobs but now IDK

Jessie was great, girls enjoyed her, no issues , allowed us to have a good night out .

Care.com offers a basic service but if you do not upgrade to a Premium account that costs $38/mo you can not review caregivers or send them messages. They say the take medicaid but all the caregivers thru them are self pay. Waste of my time!!!

Care.com is a montly subscription scam. Why would anyone need to have a subscription services for finding a nanny. 74.98 every 3 months is extremely overpriced. They take advantage of families who are simply looking for someone to help when they need it most.

Care.com is a over priced membership that provides little to no true value for the amount they charge. I dont understand why it's required to pay for a subscription service for finding a nanny. It only makes sense for them to make massvie profits and has nothing to do with value.

The ease of canceling a subscription once your service is no longer needed is also a huge plus! Thank you!
