I was lookin to get assistance for transportation to and from appointment. I set up everything thinking it was for one fee if 13.95 a month plus rates by providers I signed up and was charged 169.00 and within one hour I tried to cancel without being successful. Then they said it will be canceled in April 2026. I have not been able to reach a customer service phone number or get reply on how to get a refund and when I contacted a provider they said they could not help me with my needs. I was miss lead by information given to me by care.com as well as mislead regarding my fee. I can't get any assistance regarding this matter. It's been less than 12 hours. This is a total scamm

Believe the reviews!! The website is a scam! The employees are good, but the company has extra tricks to scam you. They trick you into purchasing extras. The page changed, it appeared as if the page was lost and I had to start over. Thinking, I was starting over with my selection, I selected what appeared to be my signing up; but, the next thing I knew, I was paying an extra $70.00 a quarter in ADDITION to my request, and my total payment was $137.00. I cannot email anyone; I cannot explain what happened, I just GOT SCREWED and they know it! Well, good for them, because if I was happy with the quarterly service I was planning on signing up for a year, which will lead to another year, etc...

Care.com = FTC Verified Scammers, look it up, these guys are deceptive scammers. Believe these reviews. Their support gaslighted me about the issues I was experiencing with their site for months, refused to refund me until the proof was so overwhelming they stopped responding to me and issued a refund. Absolute waste of your time and money.

I signed up for what I thought was a month long opportunity to find care for my elderly mom. I found someone but didn't know that they were going to continue charging my credit card for a couple of years. The amount they should refund me is $800 and they refuse. I know it's on me that I didn't review my credit card charges more thoroughly but care.com is unethical. Watch what you are signing up for

Honestly the worst user experience I have ever had on a paid platform. The website crashes every few minutes, and I am taken to an error message every time I message someone who has responded to my ad. The website is almost unusable, don’t waste your money.
