Care.comReviews of care.com

I found the process of applying for and receiving job candidate information to be seamless and easy. The candidates were well-qualified for the job I was posting and I was provided with many choices from which to make my selection. .While I did not end up using one of the Care.com applicants, I found the resource great and I will definitely be using Care.com for any other childcare or other household needs I have

I’ve had mostly positive experiences utilizing this platform for many years. It goes without saying that I’ve had to do my due diligence in vetting clients as well as nannies (I’ve used care.com to hire help and find work) and I recommend others take the same initiative to ensure safety and a good fit.

Makaila was wonderful! She took such great care of our fur-babies! We are very thankful they were in such loving hands!

Rose responded right away and came over to meet us. She is pleasant and seems down to earth She has only been here for two days but we think she will work out nicely. So far she has been responsible and has been on time. She treats my sister with consideration and respect.

2 people showed up on time and we hired them. But the other 2 told will come and did not show up

Care is super easy to use and navigate through the app. It is good at matching people together with who they need and may be good fits together. I never met a family that wasn’t clear on expectations and it made it so easy to select my own expectations for pay and hours.

The process was fairly easy.

The app is a bit challenging. Phone and iPad act differently. Background checks only work on the iPhone. The screen resets a lot. I payed for unlimited checks and it won’t do vehicle and extended at the same time.
