As a private caregiver, I appreciate being able to have my profile with background check and reviews seen by potential clients. I appreciate it very much that care.com presents a way for and encourages clients to set up caregivers as W2 employees. When I needed customer service, I was able to get my issue resolved.

Edit: Someone from care.com reached out to me today after 9 days of unanswered calls, text and emails. They confirmed that my business was not visible, and they no longer handle businesses on Care.com. Which I was not made aware of until today. My business has been with Care.com for over 5 years. They should of notified me when they changed their terms. Today, they directed me to the correct business marketing and refunded my money. I have been trying to get in touch with Care.com because my business page is not showing and continues to display an error message. I paid for a one-year subscription, yet Care.com has failed to respond to my calls, emails, or chat inquiries. It has been over a week with no resolution or communication from their team. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. You cannot expect payment and then ignore customer concerns. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company and a complaint with the BBB. Care.com needs to take accountability and address these issues promptly.
