My wife and I opened a premium care.com account in May. In June 23rd we canceled. However for months of July, August, September and October we were still charged $59.99 a month ($239.96). They refuse to refund the full amount during the time we requested to cancel- Even though we already requested the account to be canceled! They would not listen, and simply hide behind their contract that stats "no refunds".

I have been with care.com since 2012 when I got my CNA license. It’s been great that customers could see me and find me. Thanks to care.com providing such a great platform!!

Signed up for Care.com for a one-time payment to contact carers. The site barely works, messages constantly refresh and I couldn’t read or send messages. Despite cancelling my account, they charged me again without my consent and refused to refund me. They hide recurring charges, don’t provide services as promised, and make it nearly impossible to delete your information. Terrible, misleading, unethical, and frustrating experience. Avoid this site!

They're one of the few app/companies that have got me good job.I should say, great job and they don't charge to arm in the leg.Like yep and google

Angelina is incredibly thoughtful, polite, and detail-oriented. She had a wonderful evening with my 18-month-old and handled bedtime like a pro. As someone with two large dogs, I’m always a bit concerned about how a babysitter will fit into our home, but Angelina was fantastic—she not only cared beautifully for my daughter but also showed so much love to my pups. Accessing Care.com through the computer (instead of the app) is very difficult, especially since I had to keep repeating putting in the correct zip code, job identification, and distance radius. But the woman we just hired is excellent.
