I ended up getting charged for a subscription that I never could access because I had 2 accounts different emails but same phone number and they don't allow that. So second account never got fully set up. I wasn't refunded my money after explaining my problem to the supervisor! Ok so after Posting this I went back to their site and asked a third time for a refund and they finally gave me one! I'm still not happy with this company. In my book that is not honest.

This service is really great with keeping personal data safe and secure service for parents peace of mind while there littles are being provided for by us caring babysitters nanny’s and mothers helpers !

Care.com is a very resourceful place to find employment I've had a good experience with the clients and care.com has been there when I need them you're very good resource for employment

I am satisfied with Care.com bcz I was able to get several sort time and long time jobs through them and I have 2 of them at the moment. Amazing place to find caregiver and provider. I love that they screen people before they allow them to use this platform. Did not have any scammers to contact me.

I needed to hire a day caregiver for post surgery. The website took my $40 for sign up, then took my listing down. I tried to create a new listing following the guidelines and they just won't post it. Days have gone by, now it's too late. I can't get in touch with customer service. I'll have to do a Chargeback to get a refund. A complete scam.

I found a wonderful family to work for and the process was really easy. Lots of options.
