Haley took great care of our bird, Pickles. She checked in exactly as requested. She also went above and beyond by unpacking an unexpected delivery of heavy frozen dog food and brought in packages and mail. Very reliable and trustworthy!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with care.com. Their customer service is essentially nonexistent. We have repeatedly reached out for help because we can’t access our account, yet we are still being charged for a service we can’t use. Despite multiple messages, we’ve received no real response or assistance. It’s extremely frustrating to feel ignored while fees continue to come out each month. Based on our experience Care.com needs major improvement in communication and customer support. I would not recommend their service.

Esther was great!! My two children (1 & 4) warmed up to her immediately and I felt confident leaving them with her for the evening. I was worried about bedtime and getting the kids down at two different times, but Esther handled it like a champ! My kids went down with no issues. Would totally book Esther again if we lived in the area!!

According to Ms. Arleen, she was unable to call either my cell phone or the cell phone of my wife. She was unable to show to the job.

Only two profiles actually replied. Sent too many messages without any response. If I do not find someone after Monday, I want my money back and do not want to do business with this company.

Care made it easy to find caregivers in my aarea, and I liked being able to compare profile and reviews. It saved me a lot of time searching on my own.

They don't send you any email whatsoever when they renew your billing. Make sure you cancel early if you don't need them.
