Total scam. Paid for service and even upgraded fee to hire a full time home care giver. Even went through full verification and background steps (another extra fee). WHen it came time to log in to contact applicants, the web page kept asking for verificaiton, or just refrehed the page. No access to contact any providers. Custoemr service said they would look into it but did nothing after many days. Called, emails, live chat, no resoluation. Told them to cancel and they refused to refund. I had to chargeback with my bank. Terrible company, worthless custoemr service, and not usable at all.

Did a great job, very pleasant. Was pleased with Sandra's work.

Ashley was fantastic! She follows instructions well and gave our kitty lots of love and play time while we were away. Highly recommend Ashley and will be using her services again

I’m so excited that I was able to connect with a gal from Hayward that is coming the end of the week. I had broken my leg so I can’t do cleaning. It went very smoothly and I talked to her yesterday.
