I have used Care.com for many years. It's a great way for families to find trusted babysitters and nannie's. The only complaint is that you can only look for jobs on your phone which I find really inconvenient. I used to be able to do it on the computer but now it's only on the app. Not super user friendly. Also, idk if it's just me or the app, but the notifications are really useless. I do not get push notifications or badges, only emails when I get a new message.

My experience with Care.com agents is still in process mainly because I only require house cleaning assistance every two weeks as well as not immediately hiring the first individual until after they’ve completed their cleaning and we’ve discussed possible shortcomings in their operations. Currently, I am evaluating my second candidate and will consider a complete evaluation. Once I have determined that they are worthy of my support and their performance is done well!

It was a great platform for families and caregivers to connect. I had connected with couple families and they are friendly and nice. Overall great experience with the app.

The service worked great for my needs. I had many applicants for my job posting. Most of them responded quickly and appropriately (like they read my posting). I had to ' get over' the requirements for security, I don't like having to send in a 'selfie' but I got the help I wanted so it was worth the discomfort. The team I hired is trustworthy, thorough, good with communication, creative, friendly and medium priced. Very Good experience. KJ

I have babysat children in my home as well as other homes I have watched infant age children til teenagers I can prepare snacks or meals. I have care for elderly as well I can produce references if needed

Just a really great app for both one time jobs and for long term employment. Grateful 🙏

The app is easy to use, and I've found clients who have launched it in both Spanish and English that I'm still working with. As a dog sitter, this app has helped me a lot.
