I was in a pinch, trying to find a ride to medical appointments for an entire month. I placed an ad for Senior Services needed. Within an hour I had multiple candidates. I sorted through them and interviewed some in person and others by phone. Within two days, I got two great candidates. Easy process. I did pay extra for other services.

I put the notice up four days before we needed someone. We had five very fine responses. Interviewed two of them and hired one. The person we hired was a life saver! She was responsive, professional, and most important personable!

Their website is well organized so you don’t have to spend tons of time figuring out. And their customer service is reachable and quick to answer any question you might have.

The app is very intuitive and easy to use. When I have needed customer service, they have responded promptly. I have met wonderful families here, although some are not specific about what they need or expect to find. You also have to be careful because you come across scams and fake profiles.

Its easy and helpful

I have been a member of Care for more than 6 years, worked with wonderful families and forged strong relationships. The Care team always responds promptly and professionally to any request for assistance. My experience has been great! Care provides a safe space for parents and caregivers to interact and find the right fit for each other.

It’s a really good amazing experience

This company is a complete scam. They charged me an annual fee and did not tell me that my account will be renewed. I asked them to refund the charges. I never used the service. I asked the refund the SAME DAY as the charges dropped. No email notification prior. They did not refund the $155.40 charge.
