Outstanding service, excellent communication, amazing professionals - an A+ rating in my book!!

The entire home buying process with Cardinal was the smoothest and best real estate transaction we’ve ever made. Allison, April, and the entire team got us our documents early, which hasn’t happened once before, and they kept us updated on literally every aspect of this process. I would totally be friends with them outside of working with them because that’s how much we liked them.

It was great working with Jeffrey at Cardinal and I would highly recommend him/them. He was so much easier to work with than other lenders. We received a great rate and got all of our paperwork in as quickly as possible.

How anyone can rate this company a 5 is way beyond comprehension. 40 days after submission of documents and still no decision. Their underwriting has no clue as they cannot differentiate good credit from bad. If you apply, prepare to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a decision, respond to stupid requests that sit on someone's desk for days before giving you a response. I withdrew my application because of delays, their response to the FTC was that my income to debt was too high. That is a Joke since my credit score is 800.

My GREAT experience revolves around Cardinal Financial and our Loan officer, Gabby Costanza. When I first contacted her in early 2020, we were unable to proceed with the refi, but due to Gabby's communication, answering my many questions, and overall friendliness and patience, she was the first and only loan officer I reached out to in November when we were finally in a position to get started. She was very responsive and helped us in every way throughout the entire loan process. She worked relentlessly to get the loan closed (not too easy since I'm self-employed) and not only made the stressful process of a refi bearable but also enjoyable. The remainder of Cardinal's team was also very attentive and communication was spot on. I would recommend Cardinal and Gabby to anyone looking for a refi.
