This app is actually pretty nifty as a health assistant or health tracker. The layout is nice too.

The UI is very easy to navigate and the design of the app is great. Everything works as intended.

I have had a difficult time losing weight because I don't know anything about nutrition or how to lose weight in general. Cardi Health is great because it designed a personalized weight loss plan after asking me several questions like: my weight, height, target weight, if I have cholesterol or diabetes etc. Cardi Health then told me how long it would take me to lose that weight in a visual graph. That boosted my hope because I can see by when I could achieve my goal and not get discouraged. Cardi Health also has meal plans and recipes. I love this app!

The app does exactly as it advertises! Couldn't ask for more!

Only drawback for me was that the recipes require more food prep time than I have on a regular basis. Information & guidance on food choices—a list of good & bad choices, for instance—would suit me better
