I only wanted a trial and took a deal on a two month subscription on 31/10/25 to expire on 31/12/25. When I tried to manage my subscription to close the account on 30/12/25 the app returned an error message. On the same date, Cardi Health processed an automatic recurring charge of £45.86 to my bank. The initial two month deal was £13.89 On emailing them, they cancelled the account on 30/12/25 but still took the £45.86 They say they tell you in T&C you will have a recurring charge. I will be disputing this. The account was closed within the initial period so for Cardi Health to apply automatic renewal knowing I did not want it seems to me to be unlawful.

The app itself is easy to use and helpful. I found the meals very repetitive. My bugbear is I purchased the 4 month plan. Surely this means your subscription ends in four months. To my surprise I found a £71 charge on my card today from UAB group after much hunting I figured out what it was. I then try to cancel the subscription and the cancellation window opens for a second the a new window saying error try again. Been trying for most of the day to no avail. Have yet to find a way to contact Cardi health. Not pleased at all!!!! Update, 26th May 2025 The app still shows error try again when you try to open manage subscription tab. I do 100% believe this is not an error but done by design to make it difficult to cancel or change your subscription. Bad form Cardi Health.

It was not as advertised and a waste of money. Did not add to any of the other apps that I use for health and wellness and it did not appear possible to search for things like healthy food options. I got nothing out of it--it was a waste of money.

Pretty disappointed with the diet. Limited options for each meal and uninspired recipes. Where is the variety of meals? no flavor to the recipes. Turkey with vegetables was yucky. I can't just have smoothies for the morning and evening snacks. also 1300 calories is not enough. As well I found it impossible to search for recipes. I am not a vegetarian, but enjoy variety, and I knew there were veggie/bean options, but suddenly could not find them. Will be un-subscribing.
