This app is wonderful My mum will be using this from now on to track all her health. It thinks of everything and is so easy to use. Great for people with light dementia or in fact any health problems. Even if you don't have health problems, great for medication reminders and more +++

This app is super easy to use!! I love its features and what all it can track. It tracks your heart rate, your weight, and even your blood pressure. It can even help with your lifestyle like what meals you have on certain days, work out plans, and you can even create a shopping list. Definitley one of the few apps I have seen that includes all of this to keep your health on track!!

This app is really easy to use and it was really easy to sync my devices through bluetooth and I soon started tracking my condition. It also gives me app push reminders when it is time to measure my vitals or take my meds. Through it I was able to monitor my cardiovascular health and also my blood pressure. This app is the best thing to ever happen to my health.
