The app is not very helpful…tried navigating through the app and put my info in and it never allowed me to access what I needed. I canceled my subscription, so I thought, and I get an alert I’ve been charged for another two months. Tried again canceling my subscription and the site says ERROR every time I attempt to access it! Waiting on email response to my cancellation request! Would not recommend said app!

I like the simple recipes, short time, simple steps. I would appreciate if the app would let you swap ingredients brown rice for white rice or chick peas for beans or spinach for lettuce, things like that.

Terrible app. I signed up for the 6 months because I am very concerned with my blood pressure and tracking calories. After signing it pops up as you have to spend another $70 for a special BP monitor should have stated this from the start. So I paid that too, got on the app and it is nothing like it says it is. Cannot track my own calories only get options of their recommended meals, didn’t even have the plan for 2 days when I cancelled and they are still charging me for 6 months said they won’t refund and the monitor was delivered not opened sent back they received it and still have not been refunded. Very frustrating to spend $140 and get nothing!!! Highly not recommended app. I am now disputing charges with my credit card and contacting BBB for stealing my money!!!!!

I discovered within 30 minutes after joining, the program was not for me. I contacted them for a refund. All I've gotten is a run around. The program is sub par. The customer service is useless. Totally contrite with no follow through.
