I've needed this for years! I am able to move more, walk farther, and catch my breath easier. Justy (Justina Van Vliet) was wonderful! She opened my eyes to new ways of controlling my COPD, Lifestyle changes and eating habits. I will be recommending this to everyone!!

I enjoyed the experience and over time improved my ability to get through the exercises. I was not able to reach my goal of being able to do more strenuous housework like vacuuming. I'm hoping that Phase 3 will help.

I have completed two weeks of the program and I am excited! I am doing the workouts and loving them. They are hard but I have faith that they will improve my health. I feel as if my breathing is better already. I am the type that needs a little push to do any exercise and this fits the bill! My provider, , Kaitlin Baumann, is awesome! She is very focused and encouraging. I feel safe knowing she is monitoring me during my sessions! She is very flexible with any scheduling conflicts that come up. The Carda Health cardiac rehab program is comprehensive, easy to participate in and extremely well designed. David monitors my progress, answers all my questions and has been an excellent coach. Being able to simply turn on an iPad and access the program from my home makes it that much easier to get back into shape.

I’m having a great and positive experience with Cardia Health. Kristen is the best health coach. She is very caring, understanding all while pushing you to do your best. She always advocates on my behalf with my health providers and goes above and beyond to help you succeed in your health. She always listens and helps me make decisions with my heart health. The exercises are made to work you but also helps you control your breathing while exercising. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Using the Carda Health Program of exercises, I have already completed 36 sessions of the first set, of life saving exercises, and today I just finished my 16th of 36 sessions of my second set of life saving exercises! David my physiologist, watches every move I make, to make sure all my vital signs are in normal ranges while I do these exercises. I am 81, and have COPD now for many years. My breathing capability is very low, and I need to be on oxygen 24/7. I'm happy to have David watching over me. He knows a lot about these exercises and the entire program. He always asks me if I have any questions, if I do, David always has an answer for me, he's a very pleasant person to have around. I like David a lot! Before Carda came into my life, I had trouble walking from room to room, my breathing was that bad even when using oxygen. Now since I am following the Carda Health Program, and doing the exercises under David's supervision, I feel good enough to go out to eat, to visit, and to even go on vacation with my wife! Carda Health changed my life for the better! Anyone who has a breathing problem NEEDS to contact CARDA HEALTH, ASAP!

the exercises were very good and i feel they helped me with my breathing. rachel was very helpful and made the whole process run very smoothly. i needed a push to get myself going and this was it.
