I’m i’m impressed with the way they handle my advancement of improvement with my COPD and how much I’ve improved since starting this program I will never regret doing this and recommended to anybody who wants to improve their condition of COPD Andrew Mason did an excellent job with this program

The entire experience was amazing to me. The amount of progress achieved was way beyond my expectations. My physiologist Kaitlyn was was more than great,,her knowledge was invaluable. Each question I had for Kaitlyn she had an answer that made sense. She managed my sessions vs my progress perfectly that I gained the maximum out of my experience. Aside from Kaitlyns' expertise, she was an absolute pleasure to work with,kind and patient I looked forward to each session. I believe Carda Health is a blessing, particularly for people in my situation who live in remote areas with no access to even a pulmonary rehab facility. I am grateful for this service and hope to share this with others in need Thank you ever so much!

I had the most awesome coach Morgan. She was so kind and patient and took such diligent care of my workouts. I recommend this to anybody that is having any kind of difficulties in this department to check it out. It’s a well worth your time and effort and I really hated that my sessions had to end, but I am continuing on with my own self guided sessions. Glad to have had this opportunity.

Overall, my experience with Carda was outstanding and I'm looking forward to the upcoming maintenance program. I was completely impressed with my physiologist, Kaitlin. She, a long with Kristen were extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the program making sure each session ran smoothly and answered all questions/concerns that I had. I highly recommend Carda.

Having someone there while I exercised made me feel safe. It also encouraged me to show up for my classes and work hard. I loved working with Kaitlin. I felt like she really cared about me.

I quit exercising because I hated going to a gym. I quickly saw my health decline. I found Carda Health an excellent solution. I did the program, but then quit. I am back again ! I live alone and knowing that someone is monitoring me is a blessing.

Megan was great to talk to and gives you the confidence to keep going. All the trainers were good and the exercises made me feel good. I think cards is a good plan but I wish the continuances would be cheaper that more people could afford the program.
