Very helpful. Joints have become stiff and less flexible over time and I notice the improvement.

I have resisted joining any cardiac/respiratory rehab class as I felt I could do this by myself. Carda has proven me wrong. By joining this program I have been able to improve my breathing and decrease my oxygen use. My contact therapist, Alyssa is so helpful and really works with me on getting me in class at a time that works for me. I am very pleased with the program.

I completed my first round 36 weeks. I was pretty much home bound still to a extent but I have found I am more able to do house cores small amount more than before Cayson my personal trainer therapist has done a great job it's been a rough 36 weeks because for a lot of family tragedy and sickness but he has been very understanding the whole everyone with cardi health has been very good they talk to me they have helped me out even my husband will ask me ain't you posed to be doing this because he has seen a difference in my Outlook not only my health but also my mental I do find myself being able to breath some better and able to come of my full time 24 7 oxygen thank you for helping me change my life.
