Since I started their program my breathng capacity has improved immensley. Anthony has been my "go to guy" and always been there for me. I enjoy all of the "exercise gurus" and they all do a fabulous job.

I appreciated the personal counseling Jordan gave me before and after each session. The different levels of exercise gave me the right course to achieve my health goals. One of those goals was to improve my balance. I'm surprised how much better my balance is now. Many thanks to Jordan. Carda Health is lucky to have people like him.

This pulmonary therapy is a game changer for me. I have COPD and have had lung cancer surgery that took a percentage of my lung. I've had terrible shortness of breath and a real lack of stamina. The therapy from Carda Health has really made a difference in my stamina and my breathing. I feel so much better and the personalized support of my therapist along with the with the workout programs is making a difference. I would highly recommend this program to any one with lung or cardio issues.

Zach, my Clinical Exercise Physiologist is the best. Keeps me focused. accountable, and makes it enjoyable for me to excercise. I can't thank him enough for his guidance over the last months. Cards neeeds a new video exolaining how to use the tablet and what is in it. Support groups have no leader to keep the participants on message.

I was actually surprised at the difference that Carda Health made. With severe COPD learning to breathe the correct way is one of the keys to living with COPD. My exercise physiologist was Alexandria and honestly she is the BEST. Very patient and encouraging and caring throughout the program. She was always willing to help and reschedule appointments if needed. I wish I could take Alex with me! I do feel like I am breathing much better now than when I started.
