2 weeks to ship a product is not very good customer service, customer service states when ordering "2 weeks shipping" is disclosed but obviously it is not brought to the costumers attention or I would not be writing this review. Sites like Amazon clearly state with shipping an estimated ETA before final purchase.

Ship date could not possibly be any clearer, Its actually highlighted and in BOLD. Its displayed during the ordering process, in the shopping cart & again all before you pay at checkout. Than also on the order receipt.
