It looks like a generic piece of cloth. It does not attach to the dash well.

The cost of shipping is very high and I selected the 70 dollar 2 day shipping option but it will be 16 days before it even ships. So I did email back to just get the 20.00 ground shipping, if I can wait 16 days then 3 to 5 for shipping is not a big deal but with such a long wait to ship why even bother offering expedited shipping, seems a little lacking in integrity.

Website was rather clunky. It would not save my vehicle information when searching different products.

I ordered a dash cover with the wrong cutouts. I contacted the company for a return label but they said they don't send return labels, I pay for return shipping, and then they charge a restocking fee. Not a very good business practice. I decided to keep mat but ordered another from a different company.

The dash cover was too big and your return policy pretty much negates returning it inexpensively. The lady I talked to a few times on the phone was supportive but after all was said and done provided little help. This is the third, maybe fourth cover I’ve bought from you and had no problems with the others.

Appears to be generally good construction and fit was acceptable out of the box. It was ordered for and supposed to be specifically custom made for my 2016 RAM 1500 Lone Star with 2 glove boxes, center light sensor and no speaker cutout. Everything was correct except there was no cutout for the center light sensor. I brought it to their attention and they wanted me to make the hole myself or return it. I expect it to be correctly made from the factory for that kind of money. So I waited 3 weeks and received the warranty replacement. The replacement was no different from the first one, still missing the sensor cutout. So, for a second time Car Cover USA cavalierly told me "sorry about that, just poke a hole in it with any sharp object" to remedy the situation. Are you kidding? CarCoverUSA put in zero effort in trying to fix the factory's fault. The manufacturer CoverKing can't be much better if they can't even fix one simple warranty issue before sending out a replacement part. The only good thing is now I have 2 dashboard covers, neither of which has the required cutout for my light sensor, so I can practice my hole cutting technique on one of them and have a backup cover if I mess it up.

Received the wrong product because I misunderstood the instructions on which product to order. I explained this to the company and they issued a RO but I had to pay the return postage which I understood but when I received a credit (even after I ordered the correct product) they didn't include the shipping cost. Not only that, but the new order cost more than the original order even though I ordered the same item. I'm not a happy customer and I won't recommend this company to anyone else.
