The hood protector did not fit
The hood protector did not fit. I ordered a 2025 Ford Escape ST-Line Hybrid. The hood protector that I received says 2023-2024 Escape. The only response that I am receiving from Car Cover USA are these reviews. All I am asking is that Car Cover USA send me the correct hood protector. How do I accomplish that?

Very simple, look at your order confirmation, order receipt, tracking or any page on our website, all have our contact info. thank you Also if you read the website, shopping cart, order receipt all clearly display production time ( custom parts have to be made ) + shipping time. Your order was shipped exactly as paid for Fed Ex 2 day shipping. Contacting the product manufacturer Covercraft the reason it did not fit was customer ordered for the wrong model vehicle. Again customer does not understand what production time is, the ship date is clearly stated on the website, at checkout and again in the shopping cart all before you pay. Customer received the correct part as ordered, did not order as per his vehicle model, that's why it did not fit. Please check your emails !!
