The time spent in the store waiting for the paperwork to be done was not very necessary. I spent so much time waiting for paperwork to be explained, because the representative was busy greeting people and assisting them with questions while I was waiting for her to finish with them and get back to me. What should have only taken a couple of hours ended up being almost five hours at Car City. I was not happy about that and when you mark out time to do something that should have only take a couple of hours, and plan on doing something else. This is very upsetting. Everything else was fine.

Great service, very friendly people, made sure I understood everything, my only complaint is they keep me waiting for a long time. The guy that was supposed to help went out for a cigg break. Came back in and sat and talked to the other worker

The staff at Car City Cadillac were a great help! Jeff is so wonderful to get you in and out with a smile on your face.

They took care of my wife and got us into a car she was happy with.

Steve was outstanding. I do wish there was a better selection of vehicles with mileage under 100k. The whole process was smooth and I was in a vehicle in record time. Thank you!
