Fake and scam, they are sounding so good when you r deposit, when you r withdrawal, they ain’t going to pay you. They have excuses and excuses , you will be paid once you r gone! Ain’t gonna happen. 7-10busienas to process, 7-10 business to eat, then to sleep, to response, 7-10 business for them to approved, 7-10 business for them to wake up, 7-10 business for them to dress, on and on and on, u ain’t going to get ur money Back.

Do not ever use this website it is a complete scam. They do not pay out. If they had negative stars, that’s what they would’ve gotten. They ask for bank accounts they ask for proof of an address they asked for PDFs of your banking transactions and even when you send all of that there’s some reason that they can’t pay out. They can’t do it via check. They will not return it to your debit or credit card like any other online casino does. They make it so hard to get your winnings that most people give up. Which is exactly what they want. I won over $1000 and even though they are able to take the money off of your debit or credit card to spend at their casino within milliseconds there is absolutely no way I can get my winnings. I’ve jumped through every hoop they’ve asked and they just keep putting hoops out there.

Scam site! Don't play there. I tried to withdraw several times but they always need more info. To me it sounds like they need more info to rip you off more. After reading all of these reviews Ill just take my losses and make sure that I warn others. You can play all you want on their site, but don't expect a pay- out.

What a joke. Deposited 30.00 won 2500 fair and square. 15d later I'm over it

Zero if you had it get free spins and won the max 500.00 dollars then tell you the withdrawal was denied because of using to many free offers. Don't offer something if you're not going to payout

Horrible site, I jump through 12 different steps to get my payout and all of a sudden its my problem, do not waste your time or money on this scam

As many of the reviews state, Captain Jacks is deceptive, dishonest and should not be allowed to fleece people. They make it very easy to gamble in the site, but deny you the money you e won. I literally entered my verification information 6-7 times only to have it not accepted. Then I got notice they accepted it but when I tried to cash out I was asked again to submit my verification and the process started over. Even when bonus amounts were accounted for, I was still owed $250. When I finally got help via chat, they told me the money was not cashable. WTF? They are so blatantly dishonest it’s disgusting. Fool me once! This racket is likely taking in lots of money off of deceptive marketing. But it’s more the fact that they deceive and rob people that’s heartless. Captain Jack’s and the folks who run it and work there pushing lies are the parasites of the gambling world. The odds are in their favor yet their greed is voracious.
