They were helpful with a lot of things, as far as creating the cover went, I felt I had to do a lot of the editing myself because of the back and forth, and deadline I felt it was just easier to do, and whenever I got it back things were taken out, due to page constraints from what they told me, and unnecessarily messed up, and I was also on a deadline. Even on the cover I didn't get exactly what I wanted but I was happy with it. (I wanted a holo cover but I think to get my spoiled ass the cover I want I need to talk to someone, then I'm a up-charge the hell out of it.) (Special Edition Cover on the way. XD), but I feel a lot of their services are up-charged like hell, I didn't use anything but I guess a basic package which was like 350$ or around that. I feel for the work that was done If I had paid 100 bucks less I'd say it'd be worth it, but since I had to do the editing myself feel like I paid to much. Though I did get a stylized title page with pointy letters so they get points for that. they also set up the books format and the amazon account for me, though I had one already created, I feel like they made it better so bonus points for that. Kinda dangerous to do that but I still have access to everything so I wouldn't worry bout it if you do. All in all they did a good job, but there are things that I feel they need to work on to be better. That's all from me.
