Think twice before moving forward
They edited it, without issue. They created the cover, without issue. At no point did anyone tell me it would cost almost $1000 additional to move forward to step 2. The book was released, ahead of time from when I asked it to be published. And I was told to do any marketing it would cost ANOTHER $1500 minimum. So for my first publication, they weren’t transparent in anything past the editing and the cover creation. I wouldn’t use this company again. The additional $1000 for the ISBN numbers were waived because they hadn’t been explained to me. But, that should have been made aware of before agreeing to work with them. They can come to a resolution that works with you in the event of a mishap and I’m appreciative for that. Sam was awesome to work with, and understanding of the issue I had when the additional cost arose. However, having put my review in and being asked to either make it clear on the exact issues, or delete my review lead me to not give any more stars than I already have.
