The hood and gown that I ordered seem to be very quality products. However, delivery did not arrive on the dates as communicated.

Hi Elvis, I'm sorry that your order did not arrive at expected time. I would like to apologize on my behalf for giving you an inaccurate time frame for the custom hood. We rushed your hood order after you contacted us but the pickup was delayed by one day. I hope you were still able to use them for your graduation ceremony. If not, we will gladly take them back and pay for your return shipping. Please let us know by emailing [email protected].

Great quality and timely delivery. The quality of the items are as shown on the site. Also, the order was delivered in a timely manner, even after a correction to the mailing address had to be made. Wonderful customer services. I have already recommended the site to colleagues.

The gown is beautiful. The button on the back came off when I tried it on.

Thank you for your reivew and we are glad you liked the doctoral gown you ordered. The loose button is not a good representation of our product quality and we take full responsibility for it. After reaching out to you by email, we are glad that you chose to accept our partial refund as a token of apology. Again, thank you for your feedback!
