The purple tam is lovely but its too…
The purple tam is lovely but its too small for my big fat head. I can rework it and make it functional but I was hoping once again that one size (with velcro) truly does fit all, and it would work when received.

Don’t fit

Hi Erika, I'm sorry to know your gown did not fit and it's too late to exchange another size. I looked into your order and saw you had gotten a 5'6 - 5'8 regular size. If we had found out it didn't fit you earlier, we could have made an exchange for the 5'6 - 5'8 XL size. If you have any questions regarding the sizing, I'd be happy to clarify and help you find the right size for the next time.

The miscommunication of Diploma Covers…
The miscommunication of Diploma Covers Was handled well by April. However three of my five gowns were too small. The graduates had to march with the zippers open. Bad news

I am not sure if you are aware that we do offer a series of XL sizes with a wider fit, but you need to scroll a little farther down the size drop down list to find them. I wrote an email to you to show you a detailed size chart of all sizes we offer. If I had known this earlier I would have helped you with an exchange! Anyways, thank you for your business and I hope to provide better products and services in the future.

Not happy
I ordered one 2020 charm, then immediately sent an email for them to send me another one as well. When I received the envelope there was only one. I didn’t want to pay another $5.00 to get the second one. Apparently, they don’t read their emails since I never received a reply.
