I don't understand these bad reviews for this tour company. The booking process was clear and easy with simple instructions on where to catch the tour bus. Our tour guide was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. The driver was courteous, friendly and was always offering waters to passengers. My girlfriend said it was one of the best tours she ever took so if she's happy I'm happy. There were no hidden costs. They did mention that there was a helicopter tour available at a discount for booking thru them along with a military discount and asked people who was interested. We looked at each and raised our hands when the tour guide came to us to get our information and I showed him my retiree military ID he thanked me for my military service. The helicopter tour was worth every penny. The lunch provided by the American Indians was delicious and a fun eating atmosphere. The tour at Hoover Dam could have been a bit longer but it didn't feel like you were pushed. So as customer who took the tour I don't understand these bad reviews and as far as the price come on people you're in Vegas everything COSTS money and you don't go to Vegas or on vacation unless you're prepared to spend money and they didn't demand any tip they said they do accept tips and appreciate them. My question to those people complaining about tipping a tour guide? Who don't you tip in Vegas? Stop being a cheapskate or stay home.

I booked the Grand Canyon South Rim Bus Tour and missed it due to conflicting and late pickup information. Your team confirmed a 5:30 am pickup at the Horseshoe Hotel, but I later received different emails with 4:50 am at Excalibur and 6:00 am at Horseshoe. The correct details only arrived after the bus had left. I was at the confirmed location and time, yet no bus came. With no alternatives offered, I lost $95 and the chance to do the tour on my last day in Las Vegas. Terrible communication and customer service — very disappointing.

A Must-See Destination, But Be Aware of the Extra Costs Visiting the Grand Canyon is absolutely worth it—pictures truly don’t do it justice. If you’re in Las Vegas, don’t think twice. Just go. That said, we booked our tour online through Canyon Tours Las Vegas for about $160 USD for two people. The experience was mixed. The tour bus was your typical coach—tight legroom, not great for sleeping, and it made for a very long day overall. The biggest downside was the unexpected costs. Once on the bus, we were told it would be an additional $25 per person to join the tour guide at the three canyon viewpoints. On top of that, they strongly encouraged tipping $20 per person at the end of the tour. These add-ons pushed the real cost to around $230+ USD for two people. And if you're visiting from a country where your currency isn’t close in value to the US dollar, this trip quickly becomes a very expensive outing. A bit more upfront transparency on pricing would have made for a smoother experience. The Grand Canyon itself? Breathtaking. Just be prepared for the full cost before you book.

J'ai réservé pour février pour deux personnes, 95$ par personne, partout il était marqué 190$ même jusqu'au paiement, hors je suis débité de 220$. C'est seulement une fois le mail de confirmation recu qu'il est précisé que le prix n'incluai pas 15$ de frais de carburant par voyageur. Les américains ces escros qui mérite beaucoup de choses négative qui serait supprimé dans une évalution google :)

Terrible experience with this company. I booked the GC trip in the evening, payed and received a confirmation of payment. I woke up at 4:30 to get to the pickup location in time and was told my name was not on the list and I was not allowed to get on the bus. I wasted an entire day of my 3 day trip to vegas since I had nothing else planned and had to wake up very early. My friend was allowed on the bus causing us to be split on our joint trip to Vegas. The company did nothing with my complaint and only gave me the money back. DO NOT book with this company if you have the chance and do not make the same mistake I did

Had a really bad time. Got here after a 3 hour dreadful car drive listening to country music with car full of men. Upon arrival we got told to leave our phones and board a mini bus. We then arrive to the viewing point and await our photo session. When we arrived we got asked to stand in very odd and strange positions for 5 men . Our driver (David) got over excited and literally slut dropped onto the glass viewing promenade infront of us. Our Grand Canyon viewing photo now looks like a scene from a gay orgy porno. Since this David has started watching love island on repeat and playing abba loudly from his truck. We’ve had to block David on all social media platforms.

I bought 2 tickets online for the helicopter tour of grand canyon. After sending me booking confirmation, they emailed me to say my flight is cancelled and gave options to spend 10%-20% more to select another flight later that same day. What a cheek! The least they could do is honour their price.

The company was really rude, and their customer service was terrible. Talking to them was stressful, and they sounded condescending. Even though they only show 5-star reviews on their website, it seems fake or carefully chosen. While their prices might be a bit lower, they add extra fees like fuel surcharge. It's better to save your time and money by booking somewhere else for a better experience.
