My experience with Canyon Legal was excellent. I am on a debt settlement program and they negotiated one of my credit cards from $3200 to 1400 in three months. Brittany from customer service was really helpful and Alan Grier from legal talked to me about negotiating with the banks and loan companies. The communication with Canyon Legal is so good- they let you know what to expect at every turn. They are a 5 star company!

I have not been with the company for a long time yet, However, every time I call even though the wait time is really crazy the representatives make it better when they get on, I feel comfortable talking to them, they make me feel as though their really listening I enjoyed my conversation with both representatives I spoke to today.

I've been in the program for about 3 months. At first, I was uneasy with the agreement I entered into, but now my mind has been put at ease after talking with the attorney, Valerie Chinn, and Alan who is one of the negotiators. Connor was also very professional when I spoke with him. All of them have put my mind at ease and have helped me feel that I did the right thing. At first I was skeptical, but now I believe I can put my trust in their hands.

I'm approaching weeks 5 now, and, so far, my experience has been one of good customer service, transparency of the mechanics of their negotiations with my creditors, and frequent reassurance to help me deal with this difficult ordeal with peace of mind and as little stress as possible. I got them for debt and paid them for 9 months and they only settled 1 adcount of 9. This is after I submitted settlements from most of the credit card companies. I decided to file bankruptcy and they tell me their 17% was on my total debt. Save your money because all they do is collect money from you for nothing.

I filed patents with Canyon Law Group which cost a good sum of money. Upon the rejection I contacted CLG who then charged me more money to review the rejection. Their conclusion was these requests for patents should never have been filed. I had the origional attorney review the filing. He concluded they were good to go. He never returned my phone calls. First Canyon Law Group files patents that should never have been filed then they charge you to tell you they should never have been filed. In my opinion Canyon Law Group and Legal Zoom are two companies you should run from when you hear their name.

I have received nothing but great responses and attentiveness regarding my strategic plan for my program. I am 8 months in. Bridgette was especially knowledgeable and comforting regarding a time-sensitive matter on a summons I received. "It's all part of the process". I want to say, keep up the good work and realize - Your clients come first, all else fallsl in a lesser priority space.
