Representative is extremely polite and professional. However, I am trying to find out the status of a particular account and every time I am told to “call back in 6 days” After several weeks I’m still in the same position, with my questions unanswered and status of my account still unknown.

I was answered on first call and I was given the opportunity to explain my concern. The group member was able to explain that phone calls that were dealing with garnishments of a checking account or Social Security moneys should be treated as a scam and not given any credance. I did not answer the call I only listened to the message left on my phone. The help was appreciated and I can continue to have confidence in the help that I am receiving from your program.
