Hello, The service was very professional. I ordered in Australia for delivery to two locations in USA, one California & one Colorado. I was kept informed of the Order, production, and delivery dates. Thankyou, Rob Gold Coast Australia

Absolutely wonderful! The quality of the canvas print is amazing considering the photo was so old and the colours were so vibrant. We ordered this piece to give to our mother for her birthday of her and our grandfather who passed away a few months ago and words can’t express how grateful we are at the awesome job this company did of capturing the moment we wanted to give her with her dad. Shipping was also fast considering how slow Auspost can be sometimes and email updates were very much appreciated! Thank you!

Unless your happy with your order being shipped from Australia and taking (in my case so far, 46 days and still no sign of it) I wish i'd just ordered somewhere else. You need to be way more transparent about where you are shipping from. Your order invoice says Canvas Factory Steenovenweg 9 Montfoort, Utrecht 3417 XR Netherlands so one would assume you are printing and shipping from Netherlands, to where i was trying to send this... Obviously your trying to cheap out and have printing done at where it's cheapest but BE HONEST about that so people don't have to waste their time!

Hi Louis I am sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your order. Whilst our web site does advertise a site location, we do not make any references to products being manufactured in the Netherlands. If you had asked us we would have confirmed the manufacturing location as being in Melbourne Australia. We manufacture products in various parts of the world and we don't hide the fact, all you have to do is ask. Its not just about price, but also about operational capabilities, staffing, material availability to name but a few. We have experienced a number of challenges during the past two years and we have on a number of locations had to swap manufacturing locations to avoid delays due to lockdowns. Kind Regards Amanda

I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with my recent purchase from Canvas Factory that I created an account just to write a review so that more potential customers make their decision to go with this company. There were several bad reviews on Trustpilot regarding poor delivery packaging resulting in crushed frames, or long delays in delivery (due to Christmas peak period), all of which I understand are not applicable anymore since they've moved production to Australia and I'm not ordering during the peak period. I wasn't expecting much, however, I was pleasantly surprised by their responsive customer support, timely updates informing me of where my prints were at the moment, and it took me only 12 days (I live in Singapore) to receive my prints after ordering them! The quality of the prints and frames were amazing as well. I can't say much about the pro designer services because I opted out of those, but otherwise I'm very impressed with every aspect of my experience with Canvas Factory. The prices are reasonable and you're paying for great stuff. Will definitely order more from them in future!

Processing and shipping were fast. Our clients loved the pictures. Were we however charged an international fee from our bank since Canvas Factory's bank is in Australia, so you may want to check with your bank first.
