Devon's personal service & the highest 3 years annuity rates are the reason for my rating. HOWEVER, getting to this point was NOT easy: 1. Website glitch prevented my initial forms submission. 2. Only IRS tax returns require you to fill out more/complex forms than Canvas. One batch is just for screening you. Then you fill out more application forms. 3. Canvas has a $1,000,000 cap on each annuity. If you have more to invest you must complete ALL the same forms again for the additional annuity(s). 4. If you don't see solid green checkmarks for each and every step, the process is not complete. 5. Unlike EVERY other annuity I investigated, if interest rate increases within 30 days of your application, Canvas WILL back date and pay you the higher interest rate on your annuity(s).

Ease of use. Everyone should be choosing this method of investing for secured returns in these times.
