I had a helpful, courteous, competent, and timely experience. My reviewing agent at Canvas, Cynthia Jasso, was very clear and courteous while helping me correct an error I had made on my application involving a 1035 exchange. The paperwork was subsequently transmitted by fax to the external annuity company in a timely way.

My annuity matured and I decided to keep it simple and fund 2 annuities from the one Canavs annuity that matured. Same company so you would think this would be simple and quick. Not really. Takes longer than it should in my opinion.
