Overall good experience
The company is great, the first product ordered was wonderful, the second not so much. It very frequently gets clogged and frequently leaks. Very prompt shipping!

Order says shipped
Order says shipped, with tracking number, but tracking status still just says shipping label created weeks later. Have tried calling, unable to get person on phone. Left voice mails, no response. Have emailed, no response. Have filled out form online to be contacted, no response. Company quickly took my money, have no product to show for it and no way to contact Company and actually get a response. Seems like a complete scam to me! I guess my only option left is to contact bank and claim as fraudulent charge. Completely unsatisfied!

I never received my order
I never received my order. Ordered on July 8th and still no tracking information other than shipping label created. I have emailed three times and left two voicemails and received no response.
