I have been a CannaAid customer for years. I have found their products to be very effective and fairly priced. I recently placed an order with them. The USPS indicated that the product was delivered, but I never received the package. I contacted CannaAid, and was told that as soon as I provided proof that I placed a claim with USPS, they would replenish my order. I placed the claim, sent my proof, and was told that a new order was being sent to me. I haven't received it yet, but I am sure I will very soon. I am extremely impressed with the company's integrity, and appreciate their loyalty to customers. I will stick with this company above any others offering similar products. Thank you, CannaAid!

Products are great, lots of variety, good taste, all the table stakes. What has me writing this review is the service. I had one of my packages stolen, cut open and marked lost by USPS. Within 20 minutes of submitting a claim, Canna Aid had not only responded, but processed my replacement and sent me confirmation. Ive been using them now for the better part of the year and dont go anywhere else. Great gummies and service is awesome, couldnt be happier

I had decided to try the cb9 disposable, and during that time there was the b1g1f so I decided why not, when arrived (very quickly just not shipped over weekend which is okay) One of the had been faulty, so I reached out to the company and and they immediately sent a return label and said as soon as the package returns they will send another, and so they did, as I returned it. now I'm waiting on usps to do their part. Great customer service. As well as the other one that had not been faulty, it works really well, great quality, great flavor.

Saw an offer for free samples, and tried them. Glad I did. We immediately placed an order, which came within five days. The products are as advertised, and I've gotten a good night's sleep every time I've taken a Delta 9 & CBD gummy. Can't believe I went this long without trying this produce. Highly recommend.
