The small disposable carts are not worth buying the oil is good but the cart quality isnt and customer service won't help when you buy one and it doesnt work OR IF ITS LEAKING THROUGH THE BOTTOM OUT THE CHARGING PORT AS SOO AS YOU YAKE IT OUT THE BOX THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU

DO NOT deal with this company. They're committing fraud in several ways. First, I had been a customer for a long time, but I have noticed 1) There are NOT 30 gummies in the package; 2) they BILLED me for September on 9/8/26. They still have not sent them. I have called their # numerous times and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS,

I have been a CannaAid customer for years. I have found their products to be very effective and fairly priced. I recently placed an order with them. The USPS indicated that the product was delivered, but I never received the package. I contacted CannaAid, and was told that as soon as I provided proof that I placed a claim with USPS, they would replenish my order. I placed the claim, sent my proof, and was told that a new order was being sent to me. I haven't received it yet, but I am sure I will very soon. I am extremely impressed with the company's integrity, and appreciate their loyalty to customers. I will stick with this company above any others offering similar products. Thank you, CannaAid!

Order on July 17 and have not received the product. Previously worked wonderfully and he needed to receive the product as ordered.

Products are great, lots of variety, good taste, all the table stakes. What has me writing this review is the service. I had one of my packages stolen, cut open and marked lost by USPS. Within 20 minutes of submitting a claim, Canna Aid had not only responded, but processed my replacement and sent me confirmation. Ive been using them now for the better part of the year and dont go anywhere else. Great gummies and service is awesome, couldnt be happier

Bought there CBD Vape from the Tobacco shop and all there products were half empty (which idk if that’s normal but wtv) but that wasn’t the reason im giving a 1 star. The CBD pen charging port was completely destroyed and It had a very hard pull to it. It burned my throat and my lungs terribly. I went back to the tobacco shop and all the products they received all had the same issue.

Updated and upgraded to 3 stars. ‐------------------- Their Sleep gummies were originally both tasty and effective. Since they've changed the flavors in recent months, the gummies taste horrible and I can't use them anymore. I called customer service but it is extremely difficult to reach a representative. When I finally did, MacKenzie took all my information, and told me she would email me with authorization to return the defective product for refund. I've yet to receive that, and now I'm still waiting for customer service to pick up the phone. This is not the type of practice that will encourage repeat business. I strongly suggest that you pass on CANNAAID. ------------------ Update: MacKenzie just called me back and assured me that I will receive a full refund. She has a tough job dealing with demanding customers like myself, and she handles it very professionally. That being said, Cannaaid.com really needs better quality control of their sleep gummies if they want repeat business.
