I ordered the sample package. Ton of stuff. Will order again. Order came quickly

I ordered on Thursday April 24th at 9am. They are located in North Carolina and I'm in NJ. It's now April 26th and usps is still waiting on the package... a label was created but usps hasn't received my order. I then ask Cannaid about my order and it says my order doesn't exist 🤦‍♀️ cannaid took the money on.April 24th at 9am but it's now Saturday the 26th and hasn't been delivered to usps to ship to me! Crazy and customer service won't answer my emails! *Update it's Monday morning 10:30 EST and I got ahold of customer service and they rectified and made up for the late delivery.. I'll definitely order again. Ty @Cannaid! I didn't know they didn't work on weekends so it's been fixed and I am satisfied.

The company is great, the first product ordered was wonderful, the second not so much. It very frequently gets clogged and frequently leaks. Very prompt shipping!

Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I absolutely love the CannaAid gold label reserve vapes. The first time I bought the Kandyland, and I loved it (tasted just like cotton candy) so my next order was one Kandyland and one Gelato disposable. My only complaint is that this Kandyland vape tastes like banana, not like the original. I'm wondering if I received the wrong product in the correct packaging, but I haven't received a response from their customer service yet. Maybe they'll respond soon...?

I bought the Mystery Box! It was full of variety bags of Gummy! Which to my surprise I like.Got a Green Crack Disposable Pen which is ok. Also got some gel caps. Not sure for what. Not using them. Then I got a Strawberry Cough Cartridge which I'm digging . Not really what I expected. But it was my 1st box. Not to sure if I'll be purchasing again.

It’s hit or miss, sometimes the D9 gummies are different sizes, and slightly melted. Also when I order vape carts they will go to MD then to Charlotte NC, why? The last time they came to Charlotte then when to Gastonia, then back to Charlotte. I order hoping it will be here before the weekend and give plenty of time to ship from Morrisville NC to Charlotte. I could drive there in an hour, cant get my vapes and other products in the next day or two, or three or four. I have used them off and on for years and overall my experience has been positive.

Fine products at a semi-reasonable price, though online competitors do offer much of the same at a slightly lower price per unit/serving. That said, the service was responsive and shipping fast. If only their prices where more in line with others I'd be returning regularly.

Awesome products..love it...
