I loved the service I got from all the health tests I had done on my dog including colour tests , it’s helped me out a lot when advertising my stud dogs , and when there was a problem with one of my tests there was no problem retesting xxxx thank you all so much xx

Excellent customer service, fast and easy shipping, quick and easy payment system, only thing i wish would be updated is how the test are viewed, printed one off last week and it was 40 pages long, also can be a little confusing to read, especially for newer people.

I had 2 dogs tested with the 150 genetic testings and got one of their siblings who also had this testing performed. Knowing the genetics of your animals is extremely important and helps you prepare for any possible future health issues. This is the best way to keep your animals healthy! I had problems but I contacted the lab and a very nice doctor explained everything to me. Highly recommend having these tests done to ensure the health of your fur baby!

Hi Amanda, thank you for your feedback! The Canine HealthCheck was developed at Paw Print Genetics®, where its performance was also determined. We apologize for the confusion. Unique variations in the genetic code of some individuals may exist and cause certain regions of the genome to not perform properly in this test. In addition, sub-optimal sampling of the dog’s cheek cells could also result in poor sample performance due to inadequate cell counts, bacterial and fungal growth, or the presence of other test inhibitors. An acceptable level of “No Result” assays at any particular genomic location has been determined by Paw Print Genetics®. If you have concerns about a ‘no result’ test, please contact our laboratory at 509-483-5950 and we would be happy to talk further about this!

Sadly, I didnt understand, I would not be getting a certificate with the "clear/ normal" findings. I will have to repeat the tests, as a breeder I need to show the results to stud owners, new puppy buyers and breed registry. If it had been made clear I would have chosen the other tests offered. I will need to repeat 5 tests for the certificate and will be chosing another company. I also found your receptionist had very little knowledge although she answered my questions.... incorrectly.

Thus, in doing so, 255 tests do take a number of pages to display. When reviewing your results, we have provided your breed’s specific tests at the beginning of the report. This page or two could be printed and given to your puppy buyers. We will send this to your email.
