Receive samples in 2 weeks or less ? It's been 7 weeks and I have nothing.
It's been 7 weeks sense I ordered my swabs. And still no results. The advertisement issued for 2 weeks of less is false advertisement and shouldn't be said.

I appreciate the retesting but I still…
I appreciate the retesting but I still now have an element of doubt in the results I've received, since the merle result was wrong 1st time and piebald was listed as no results. I am debating retesting with another company.

Sadly
Sadly, I didnt understand, I would not be getting a certificate with the "clear/ normal" findings. I will have to repeat the tests, as a breeder I need to show the results to stud owners, new puppy buyers and breed registry. If it had been made clear I would have chosen the other tests offered. I will need to repeat 5 tests for the certificate and will be chosing another company. I also found your receptionist had very little knowledge although she answered my questions.... incorrectly.

Thus, in doing so, 255 tests do take a number of pages to display. When reviewing your results, we have provided your breed’s specific tests at the beginning of the report. This page or two could be printed and given to your puppy buyers. We will send this to your email.
