Hi Kimberly, Thank you for your review. We published a paper on the reasoning behind not offering ALT and we would be happy to share that with you. Please email us at [email protected] if you would like a copy. It is important to us, and to our customers, that we are only offering testing for true diseases that have clinical validity. The clinical validity of ALT has not been established. We wouldn't want one of our customers using that information in their breeding program, perhaps eliminating dogs from their program, if clinical utility was not established.
