In general it was a pretty forward assessment, it was based to know each candidate to their full potential.

The system was easy to use, and I found it pretty easy to navigate I didn't encounter any difficulties.

Everything went well. Had no particular problem with this assessment. I have taken it before for other job applications. I am wondering how reliable is it. From what I can see, the answers to the "repetitive" questions helps to determine first of all, if you are coherent. I do admit, the result does reflect, to some point, my personality/character.

This is the best assessment I’ve ever done. I love how they use the report to let us know our professional strengths and let us know what we’re emotions are and all that from the questions that they’ve asked I think is one of the best questions overall I’ve taken for a job!! Way to go WAYFAIR!! Love it!!

I loved this assessment not only because it was very interesting but I loved that it was able to tell me more about myself that I did not realize.
