I finished the assessments and it still is incomplete. Is this a trick assessment?

Hello, I highly disagree with my advice/results and my personality. It seems to suggest a lack of understanding or empathy of others. I am often told I care too much about other people's problems and trying to resolve them, to a fault. However, that is why accel in customer service. Just my opinion based on my history in customer service. I always aim to resolve problems and put myself in the customers position while also maintaining professionalism. I adjust well to changes and welcome them as part of growing in my career and development.

I just completed this very long and repetitive assessment, and the results came up incorrectly to my work ethic. It said I lack attention to details, yet that is what I excel in... weird assessment.

The assessment produced some interesting results. I have taken many similar assessments and I usually score high on attention to detail, so it's interesting that this assessment was the opposite. The feedback was abundant about my single opportunity but didn't have much to say about my single strength or what motivates me. All in all, this assessment, for me, was unbalanced and really doesn't offer a lot of value given the time spent and in comparison, to assessments like it. If this assessment is used to determine employability with the company, I think it important that applicants know that. The results state the assessment "is not tied to any particular role" and the purpose is to "help you in your professional life". This wording doesn’t get my vote for clarity. Applicants also need to know the who and how of the assessment. Are the creators of the assessment credible? if so, what credentials do they have? The strength & motivation feedback should be given as much attention as the opportunity feedback. I hope the company understands the potential impact of an assessments like this on an applicant.

This is not quite accurate to say about me for the results. I am actually very good at paying attention to details. It's also how I noticed about half way through the test that the answers on the bar would change with the mouse scroll wheel if it was in the wrong place. So might want to look into that. Not sure how many others had their answers unintentionally changed by doing that.
