When trying to share on my LinkedIn the dialog did not load correctly.

I am concerned the inaccurate results in "Top Development" and "Top Motivation" will negatively affect my job application. Some of the survey questions were vague, misleading, and presumptive.

Mind games for applicants and a legal way to discriminate along with Inaccurate data.

Horribly designed site. Can't navigate. Can't even click the "apply now" button. They should consider hiring programmers.

Many repeated questions

It was not very accurate, which to me means, your question's wording was not good. I've always been told by my college professors, managers and C-level management that my critical thinking skills are superb.

I often feel these assesment questions are unfair and do not paint a correct picture. I think questions like I need to be the center of attention, or I need to take the lead on projects, or that I work harder than others should ABSOLUTELY be taken off these assesments. I can worker harder than others but whey would I need to say that, and every environment is different and the reasons for me working harder than everyone is different. Companies should not be allowed to use these tests or require prospective employees to take these tests either. It also says that this test will not be used against you and well I feel that it was because today the DAY AFTER this assesment test I received an email about not getting the job. They were trick questions and there were 180 questions to answer in 15 minutes. Horrible!
