This was a very open assessment that challenged me to think out of the box about how I am perceived vs how I may think of myself in a situation. The final read out was enlightening as well

Easy to understand and quick process

Learning More About Myself & Noticing...My thoughts in questions, that I am not the only one whom thinks similar.

The questions were well thought out. There didn't seem to be too many double questions, but they did go from the positive and negative aspects of the question. Over all i enjoyed taking the survey.

While I will agree that I am organized and have excellent time management. The advice section painted me to be a person that does not listen to others, that I have a problem with change, and that I don't handle situations well. None of which is true. A machine can't show the actual person. As the saying goes, you can't judge a book by its cover.

This questionnaire always you to see yourself accurately through words, it gives you a calm sense of knowing exactly in first glance & never stumbling. I was calm & focused throughout the session.
