Although, over 50 years, I have taken assessments like this and the results are almost always the same, I enjoy answering the questions as honestly as I can and finding the places I can improve.

After two brief overview videos introducing the company, I feel very informed about the expectations of this role. I have clear communications what to expect upon hiring and training process and that there is room for advancement. Excellent, organized process.
