It was a very direct a contributory way to assess our personality, our strengths and weaknesses; yet, I love the fact that Wayfair didn’t just “take the info and run”. Instead, they were kind enough to contribute something of value back to the applicant to use as they wish👍👍

What made my experience great, was the ability to really think about myself as individual, relating to my personality in the work-related field. I was able to view my strengths and weaknesses.

It was a very direct a contributory way to assess our personality, our strengths and weaknesses; yet, I love the fact that Wayfair didn’t just “take the info and run”. Instead, they were kind enough to contribute something of value back to the applicant to use as they wish. To either learn or grow from, or to ask oneself the question “How can I use this knowledge to better myself?”Even though there were a few answers that I mistakenly answered too quickly, then went bk to correct and it said it was “too late”, so the assessment was a bit off about a few things; yet, for the most part it was pretty spot on in regards to the emotional intelligence as I’ve had that consistently come up in previous testing. So, yes, the idea that you all used that info to (somewhat) constructively criticize or contribute to areas that we might want to possibly work on was a welcomed change in the sometimes mundane process of applying for employment.

I really enjoyed taking on the Cangrade Very interesting to see my strengths and weaknesses
