Excellent review of my skills and talents…

This was a down to earth, day-to-day, reality filled experience. I appreciate that it didn't ask for me to be someone I'm not.

The questions were gently probing and not blatantly psychoanalytical Thank you much enjoyed

I enjoyed the assessments

The main thing that stuck out to me was the option to not agree or disagree. It helped with honesty in answering the questions. It definitely took the pressure off getting the assessment done !!!!

Facing your weaknesses is not always an easy task, but if you can embrace them and learn from them, you can grow; increasing your value as an employee as well as the value you see in yourself.

i AM IMPRESSED WITH THE FACT I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO REVIEW THE ASSESSMENT I WAS GIVEN FOR EVALUATION OF MY PERSONAILTY. I FOUND THE QUESTIONS A GREAT WAY TO FIND MY ABILITY TO HANDLE SITUATIONS. MY APROACH AND REACTION. THE NEEDS A MANAGER WOULD NEED TO PUSH ME TO IMPROVE MY PERFORMANCE AS WELL AS WHAT POSITION IN A COMPANY I WOULD BE BEST SUITED. IN MY OPINION MANY OF THE QUESTIONS NEEDED A "IT DEPENDS" WITH A DEFINITION OF WHY TO FOLLOW. THERE IS ALWAYS A RIGHT WAY AND A DEFINATE WRONG WAY DUE TO THE LEGAL ASPECTS WHEN DEALING WITH PEOPLE, AND CONSIDERATION OF PERSONAL OPINION MUST BE HALTED WHEN DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC. INVESTIGATION FOR CHANGE SHOULD ALWAYS BE ON THE DISCUSSION WHICH IS WHY WE HAVE MADE SO MANY CHANGES IN THIS COUNTRY HELPING TO INFLUENCE OTHER COUNTRIES. THIS BEING TRUE WE MUST APROACH CHANGE WITH CAUTION AND FULL INVESTIGATION SO AS NOT TO CAUSE UNNECRSSARY EXPENSE, INSULT, OR NEGATIVE IMPACT. IF THIS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW CONSIDERATE THE COMPANY IS IN FINDING PEOPLES OPINION IT EXPLAINS THEIR SUCCESS AND WHY I WANT TO BEW A PART OF THE TEAM
